To be cost-effective with free shipping, we ship in the most economical way possible via USPS Ground Advantage™ or UPS Ground from our warehouse in Moses Lake, Washington. Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories may require an additional shipping fee. Shipping time varies by location; please allow 1-5 business days for your package to arrive once is shipped. If you require faster delivery service, please contact us. We would be happy to expedite your order to a three-day, two-day, or next-day service if available, Please be aware that expedited orders will result in additional shipping fees.
All orders placed before 2 PM PST will be typically shipped on the same business day, orders after 2 PM excluding weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Certain custom-made orders may take a few business days prior to shipping. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking information. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit by the carrier to you.
If your order has not been processed you can cancel the order online and resubmit a new order with the correct changes. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that we can change or cancel an order after it has been processed. You will need to contact us @ (509) 361-9614 as soon as possible. We will do our very best to assist you.
In the event, the customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it's returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. We can not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.
We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by USPS or UPS. If we are unable to validate the address and unable to contact the customer to provide an updated address, the order will be canceled and refunded within 3 days. In case of USPS or UPS delays please visit the shipping carrier's website for delivery status. All orders are insured with the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged orders once the order has been given to the carrier. If you have any delivery issues, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the carrier who will perform a detailed investigation that will potentially require your assistance or local law enforcement to support the claim filed. Upon completion of this investigation, we will replace or refund your order as needed. Please allow up to 21 days for the completion of the investigation.
