As Quail farmers ourselves, we understand the difficulty and frustration when dealing with egg cartons, especially when it comes to jumbo eggs which often crack or are difficult to fit and close using other types of egg cartons. Our cartons are perfectly sized to hold jumbo quail eggs and come in two cell sizes. The YL AC has a 29x40mm cells size, unlike the standard 29x36 and other size cartons. Ours will hold larger eggs and will fit most of your normal sized jumbo eggs (12-16 grams). Our new NWQF 33x45mm is large enough to fit larger jumbo eggs and is now available in 12, 18 and 24 cells.
We are committed to providing the highest quality of quail cartons at the lowest price in this industry. We learned from experience and other quail farmers the need for jumbo cartons and started to design and produce our own NWQF series of quail cartons for this industry. Made from 100% recycled PET plastic (recycled water bottles), making them 100% recyclable as well. Soon the YL AC 29x40mm will be replaced with our NWQF 30x40 cell size making normal jumbo eggs fit a lot better.
